Meet Donald Teel

Donald found his way from California to Arizona with his family during the construction of the Glen Canyon Dam in Page, Arizona. The community would be his home from the 4th grade through high school, when he joined the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict.

He began his real estate career, fresh out of real estate school in 1987, as a Sales Counselor with the Del Web Corporation in Sun City, eventually becoming VP of Sales and Marketing for its Sun City Vistoso Project in Oro Valley, Arizona. While at Del Webb he learned how powerful real estate is to people and their lives, especially seniors.

As a committed professional and former owner of two successful real estate companies, Donald has remained committed to transaction excellence. How a property is bought and sold, is something that remains at the forefront of his thinking at all times. His commercial transaction portfolio includes some of the larger retail shopping centers in the central Arizona trade area.

Throughout his more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Donald has been fortunate to be in the right places at the right time, allowing him to develop CRE skills in retail, leasing, property management, and business management.

When he is not engaged in commercial real estate you are likely to find him behind a camera capturing a special photograph or building a website. Donald and his wife consider themselves citizens of all of Arizona, having lived in the northern, central, and southern parts of Arizona. His business focus for commercial real estate is primarily the Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff markets areas, while engaging in transactions in Phoenix and Tucson.

He is currently the President of Commercial Advisors of Prescott, headquartered in downtown Prescott, Arizona. The firm’s primary market areas are Prescott, Prescott Valley, Sedona, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, and Flagstaff.
